Operational Excellence

Our ability to serve customers and provide them with new energy options is unmatched. We are steadfast in our commitment to meet consumers’ energy needs while identifying new opportunities for sustainable growth, satisfying the expectations of our shareholders, and working responsibly to protect the environment.

The way people consume energy is changing, and we’re using the latest technology to give our customers the power and enhanced user experience they seek. This summer, we will launch the biggest infrastructure project in our company’s history—the rollout of Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) technology, commonly known as smart meters.

We anticipate future efforts will integrate sensors into the AMI network that will help us predict and prevent safety risks. Smart meters will allow us to better inform customers about their energy usage and empower them to manage their bills in new ways.
